What should I do if my product arrives broken or damaged?

Always inspect products immediately upon arrival. If the mail carrier is there and the product is damaged do not except it, or make them sign, saying it was damaged upon arrival. Do not use the products and contact us immediately. We will personally help you receive a replacement.

 

Note: This is a very uncommon circumstance. In some cases if the proper procedures, as mentioned above are not followed, we are not able to provide a replacement or refund.  We hold the right to determine what will receive a refund, partial refund, or replacement.
