We do except returns. If you need to file a return please contact us and we will give you the proper return# and address. To file a return the following must apply:
- The items must be in the same condition it left our facility
- It must be 10 days or less from the shipped date on perishable items or 30 days on non-perishables
- You must obtain a return#
- You must ship the item back
After an inspection of the items is completed we will contact you in regards to your refund. We will only refund the amount you originally paid.
Since our products are roasted by a 25 year roasting veteran and shipped the within three days of roasting it is virtually impossible for the coffe to arrive stale. But if the coffee does not seem to satisfaction please contact us.
